* Tcl9logo.svg is the new logo for Tcl/Tk 9.0.
  It's in Scalable Vector Graphic form, which is compact but also editable.
* Tcl9logo.png is the same thing in PNG format.

The feather (which is there but also not there) on the right of the logo can
be used separately as an icon for files, websites etc.  Tcl9icon.{svg,png,ico}
is this image in SVG, PNG and Windows Icon format.

Some earlier attempts can be found in the "old" subdirectory.
